Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is incorrect or defective. In such cases, we provide a prepaid label.
